The Senior HRBP plays a key role in the operational management of human resources and in supporting internal teams. They ensure the smooth execution of HR processes and contribute to the group’s operational excellence.
Their main responsibilities include:
Managing complex HR requests and issues by providing timely solutions in compliance with labor laws.
Ensuring that HR practices comply with labor regulations and internal policies.
Advising and supporting managers on matters related to employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Overseeing the management and accuracy of employee data within the HR system (SAP SuccessFactors), and producing reports and analyses to support decision-making.
Contributing to the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives (performance management, employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion).
Training and mentoring HR support teams to strengthen their skills and autonomy.
Contributing to conflict resolution and promoting a healthy and positive work environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in an HR role, ideally within an HR Business Partnering environment.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
Good understanding of local and regional labor laws
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (particularly SAP SuccessFactors)
Strong analytical and HR reporting skills
Good command of Microsoft Office tools
Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic
