Your Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
-Managing inbound Level 1 calls from UK customers
-Handling inquiries, complaints, and basic support requests
-Delivering a high-quality customer experience with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
-Accurately documenting customer interactions using internal systems
-Acting as a trusted brand representative and ensuring customer satisfaction
Critères pour le poste:
-High school diploma (Baccalaureate) or higher
-Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
-Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
-Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
-Professional, calm, and customer-oriented mindset
-Comfortable using computer tools and adapting quickly to new systems
Immediate availability is a strong advantage
