As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing support in both French and English while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming calls in French and English with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first mindset
Assisting clients with inquiries related to accounts, banking products, transactions, and services
Identifying customer needs and providing accurate information and tailored solutions
Resolving customer concerns and complaints effectively while maintaining a positive client experience
Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to banking policies, security procedures, and compliance requirements
Accurately documenting customer interactions and completing follow-up activities using internal systems
Meeting quality, compliance, and performance standards
Building valuable communication, problem-solving, and financial services skills that can support your long-term career growth

Critères pour le poste:
- Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken
- Comfortable with digital tools and communication platforms
- Reliable, motivated, punctual, and customer-oriented
- Available for in-person training in Rabat
- Must reside in Rabat, Salé, or Témara only
- Comfortable to work Night shifts
