Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support service teams, monitoring all requests from assigned service team(s) and performing
assigned tasks
- Creating/placing/updating POs and requests in field service software
- Verify, gather, input, and update accurate data (e.g. logistical, parts/models, suppliers, etc.) into company databases
- Coordinate resources, providing and sharing information/communication to proper parties in a timely manner
- Maintain and collaborate with assigned vendor relationships
- Capture service team/customer feedback and tailor service
- Incorporate quality in all tasks
- More responsibilities to earn, depending on candidate’s performance/potential/reliability
Skills:
- Verbally communicating and in writing with internal and external resources
- Proficiency in computer software
- Create, follow up, and reconcile purchase orders
- Finding alternative suppliers for assorted items
- Scheduling and tracking requests and orders
- Professional email etiquette
- Quality customer service
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Logistics
Requirements:
- English fluency is a must
- Enjoys working on a team and helping other teams
- Detail oriented
- Works well with deadlines
