Vos missions :
Répondre aux demandes des clients par chat, e-mail ou téléphone (support technique et informationnel)
Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’utilisation de notre plateforme crypto
Identifier et remonter les incidents techniques ou bugs aux équipes concernées
Assurer un suivi rigoureux des tickets clients
Participer à l’amélioration continue de la qualité de service
Critères pour le poste:
Profil recherché :
Excellente maîtrise des 2 langues : français et anglais (écrit et oral)
Aisance relationnelle, sens de l’écoute, rigueur et réactivité
Expérience dans un poste similaire (relation client, helpdesk, support technique) souhaitée
Intérêt pour l’univers crypto / blockchain / fintech (une formation interne est possible)
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et CRM
