We are looking for a Customer Support Sales Agent to join our team remotely. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, assisting with sales, and providing after-sales support, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our clients.
This position requires someone who is responsive, patient, comfortable with technology, and skilled in communication and sales.
Responsibilities :
Respond quickly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or messaging platforms
Assist potential customers with product information and sales questions
Provide after-sales support and help resolve customer issues
Guide customers through setup or troubleshooting when needed
Maintain professional and friendly communication
Ensure customers receive fast and effective solutions
Requirements :
Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
Strong customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
Basic technical understanding (apps, devices, installation processes)
Good sales skills and ability to convert inquiries into customers
Patient, organized, and solution-oriented
Fast typing and ability to respond quickly
Working Hours :
6 hours per day
5 days per week
Remote position
Rotating shifts depending on team needs :
Shifts start from 8:00 AM, with multiple shifts during the day
