Facility manager - casablanca

Our client in Casablanca is looking for a Facility Manager to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of their buildings and general services.

- Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of facilities, equipment, and general services
Supervise external service providers (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.)
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards
Manage budgets and optimize costs for general services
Coordinate technical interventions and guarantee service continuity
Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams on all facility matters

- What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Management or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role
Excellent command of English and French, written and spoken
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Autonomy, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience managing multiple service providers
