• You will develop design, debug and operate on the Bell Canada ServiceNow instance
• You will provide support on end-to-end problem resolution and root cause analysis in collaboration with other functional groups, business units and vendors
• You can quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, and you have a strong aptitude for innovation
University or college degree in engineering, computer sciences, physics, mathematics or relevant experience in an equivalent domain
Excellent communication skills in English
Minimum of 5+ years’ as a ServiceNow Developer
Strong scripting ability especially with javascript
Significant experience in Agile Development, DevOps, and Test Driven Design and familiar with Agile methodology
Strong experience with unit testing, Test-Driven Development, code review, continuous integration, continuous delivery
