We are looking for a passionate, ambitious, and results-driven Business Developer to join our team in Rabat. This opportunity is open to both local and foreign candidates residing in Morocco.

Your Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and develop new business opportunities across Africa and international markets;- Build and manage a portfolio of clients by understanding their recruitment and HR needs;- Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and business development initiatives;- Establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships;- Conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities;- Lead commercial negotiations and finalize client agreements;- Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and performance metrics.



- First successful experience in a recruitment agency or a similar business development environment;- Strong prospecting and business acquisition skills;- Excellent negotiation and commercial abilities;- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken);- Proactive, autonomous, and highly organized personality;- Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
