Present in Morocco since 2009, AXA GBS MOROCCO ( Ex- AXA Group Operations Morocco) is an offshoring entity. With more than 300 employees and its various centers of expertise operating in the fields of IT, Project Management, Finance and Human Resources, AXA GBS MOROCCO supports AXA entities in carrying out its mission.
Develop, implement, and continuously update the Entity's Physical Security Policy and Plans in alignment with Group guidelines
Ensure consistent implementation of security policies, procedures, and best practices across all offices and operations
Lead daily physical security operations and coordinate with on-site security teams
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and AXA's security standards
Partner with HR, Crisis Management, Information Security, and operational teams to ensure coordinated, enterprise-wide security
Liaise with local authorities, law enforcement, and security networks to stay informed of emerging threats
Coordinate with Physical Security community across AXA regions to share best practices and maintain consistency
Communicate security awareness and individual responsibilities to all employees
Serve as the primary point of contact for physical security during incidents and crises
Design and implement a comprehensive Travel Safety Plan that meets AXA's standards and addresses destination-specific risks
Oversee employee travel security, including risk assessments, pre-travel briefings, and insurance coverage verification
Ensure all travelers complete mandatory Travel Risk Awareness training and maintain detailed training records
Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee and visitor travel details for emergency response
Conduct security assessments for corporate events and ensure appropriate protective measures are in place
Participate actively in the Health & Safety Committee alongside HR and local health professionals
Track, investigate, and report on all physical security and H&S-related incidents
Manage incident response and support crisis management protocols
Escalate suspicious activities or potential fraud indicators to Internal Audit
Prepare routine reports for the CEO and Group Physical Security leadership (in English)
Ensure all documentation and evidence from security activities are properly maintained and accessible
Maintain audit trails and compliance records in accordance with Group guidelines
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in physical security position or a related security discipline
Proven expertise in developing and implementing security policies, plans, and procedures
Strong knowledge of physical security best practices, risk assessment methodologies, and threat analysis
Experience managing security operations, including coordination with law enforcement and security providers
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages a plus
Crisis management experience and ability to remain composed under pressure
Project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Knowledge of travel security and event security planning is highly valued
Professional security certification (e.g., CPP, PSP, or equivalent)
Experience in a multinational or regulated industry
Familiarity with security management systems and digital tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Leadership presence and ability to influence across organizational boundaries
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
