Key Responsibilities :
Design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes
Partner with senior stakeholders to understand workforce planning needs and provide strategic guidance
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent across multiple markets
Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to improve efficiency and candidate experience
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and local regulations
Requirements :
10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including proven team management experience Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in complex and fast-paced environments Strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational execution Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques, recruitment technologies, and data-driven hiring practices Fluency in English and French required; additional languages are a plus
