Join IKEA Morocco as a Sales Intern and become part of a company driven by values, togetherness, and a passion for creating a better everyday life for the many people. Based in Casablanca, this internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic retail environment while learning from experienced professionals.

As a Sales Intern, you will support the Sales team in delivering an inspiring and convenient shopping experience for our customers. You will develop your understanding of customer needs, product knowledge, and commerciality while contributing to IKEA's growth and success.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming customers and supporting them throughout their shopping journey. Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable IKEA products and solutions. Assisting in maintaining an attractive, inspiring, and commercially strong sales area. Ensuring products are correctly displayed, priced, and available for customers. Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with relevant teams to ensure product availability. Supporting sales activities, campaigns, and store events. Learning and applying IKEA sales techniques and customer service standards. Contributing to a safe, clean, and well-organized shopping environment. Gathering customer insights and sharing feedback with the team to improve the customer experience. Collaborating with colleagues across different functions to achieve common business goals.

This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales, communication, and customer-focused skills while gaining valuable experience within one of the world's leading home furnishing retailers.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing or has recently completed a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Commerce, or a related field.

While previous professional experience is not mandatory, a first internship or experience in retail, customer service, sales, or commercial activities would be considered an asset. Above all, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about people, home furnishing, and creating a positive customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. You are proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team. A good command of Microsoft Office tools and proficiency in French and/or English will be appreciated. Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in IKEA values are essential qualities for this internship.
