About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Affiliate Marketing Coordinator (Intern or Junior level) to join our team and drive the promotion of Lyfestash's innovative legacy digital vault product. This role focuses on leveraging social media platforms to build awareness, engage with potential affiliates, and recruit influencers and content creators to join our affiliate program. The position is 60-80% remote, with 1-2 in-person meetings per week in Casablanca. This is an excellent opportunity for university students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, affiliate partnerships, and social media growth.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote Lyfestash's legacy digital vault product across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Identify, outreach, and recruit influencers, content creators, and other potential affiliates to join the program.

- Manage the affiliate onboarding process, including communication, training, and ongoing support.

- Create engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and short videos tailored to target audiences.

- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports on engagement, sign-ups, and conversions.

- Collaborate with the Head of Growth and a small team of 3 to align on strategy and optimize outreach efforts.

- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices in affiliate marketing to continuously improve results.

- Participate in weekly meetings in Casablanca (1-2 times per week) while working remotely the remainder of the time.

Requirements

- Fluency in English (primary language) and French is mandatory; all work and communication will be conducted in English.

- Currently enrolled in university, a recent graduate, or a junior marketer with 0-1 year of relevant experience.

- Strong interest in marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships.

- Savvy in major social media channels with a proven ability to create or manage engaging content.

- Highly motivated, engaged, and willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with influencers and affiliates.

- Self-starter capable of working independently in a remote setting while meeting in-person as required.

Nice to Have

- Previous experience with affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, or content creation.

- Familiarity with performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, affiliate dashboards).

- Basic graphic design or video editing skills.

- Knowledge of the Moroccan market and digital trends.
