Join a dynamic company in the Distribution sector as an HR Intern. This exciting opportunity is based in the vibrant city of Casablanca. You will be immersed in the daily life of a human resources department, contributing to its smooth operation and gaining invaluable practical experience.
This internship is designed to allow you to develop your skills in various HR fields. You will support the HR team in their daily tasks, participate in ongoing projects, and gain a comprehensive understanding of HR management within a commercial environment. The primary objective is your professional growth and successful integration into the world of work.
As an HR Intern, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews.
Supporting the onboarding of new employees.
Contributing to training and development initiatives.
Helping with administrative tasks related to employee records.
Participating in the organization of internal events.
Collaborating with the HR team on various projects.
The ideal candidate holds at least a Bac +3 degree, with a specialization in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training. This educational background provides a solid theoretical foundation for the practical challenges ahead.
While specific professional experience is not a strict requirement, a previous internship or a formative experience of 1 to 1 year related to HR functions would be a significant asset. This demonstrates a genuine interest and initial exposure to the field.
To excel in this role, strong organizational skills are essential. A good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and a proactive, rigorous and discreet approach to tasks. Adaptability and a genuine desire to learn are key qualities that will enable you to thrive in our team.
