DXC Technology Morocco is currently expanding its German-speaking support teams and is looking for dynamic Customer Service Agents to join an international and fast-growing environment.

 Main Responsibilities:

Provide professional customer support in German via phone, email and/or chat Handle customer requests efficiently while ensuring a high level of service quality Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive customer experience Follow internal procedures and quality standards Collaborate with different teams in a dynamic international environment
Excellent command of German is mandatory (written and spoken) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus Good level of English and/or French is appreciated Comfortable using digital tools and working in a fast-paced environment
