As a Learning Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience, connecting with learners, guiding them on their language journey, and collaborating with our internal teams to deliver excellence.

What You'll Do

Become an expert in our products and guide new learners through their goFLUENT training. Ensure the best possible learner experience by understanding needs and providing effective solutions. Support learners via multiple channels (phone, email, chat). Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication. Proactively contact students to help them make the most of available resources. Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing processes and collecting learner feedback.

Critères pour le poste:
You'll love this job if you

Communicate clearly and confidently, with German as your native language. Have prior experience in customer support. Are empathetic and skilled at handling complex conversations with a solution-oriented mindset. Are organized, adaptable, proactive, and autonomous.

We are looking for

Strong digital skills (MS Office, Google Docs, Open Office). Native-level German and advanced English (spoken and written)
