Tech lead / lead developer h/f - Casablanca

Design and define the overall code architecture across all platforms (Backend, Frontend, Mobile) Be the main technical reference for the team the person they come to when stuck Write and review code regularly, set the standards and lead by example Drive technical decisions: architecture patterns, tech choices, coding standards Lead and coordinate the full engineering team (Backend, Frontend,Mobile/React Native, QA) on a daily basis Break down product features into tasks, assign and follow up with the team Identify blockers early and help the team move forward Act as the bridge between the CTO and the development team
Bac+2 minimum skills and leadership track record matter more than your degree 4+ years of experience in software development — full stack background is a strong plus Previous experience leading or mentoring a dev team Strong understanding of software architecture and best practices Comfortable making technical decisions and owning them Excellent communication and organization skills  Familiar with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (Jira, Linear or equivalent)
