Main responsibilities:
Design and implement in-store interior layout solutions, in line with the IKEA concept and global guidelines.
Create inspiring and commercial room settings that reflect local customers’ life at home.
Work closely with commercial teams to optimize product presentation and drive sales.
Analyze the in-store customer journey and propose continuous improvements.
Contribute to the planning of seasonal changes and layout projects.
Ensure quality, sustainability, and visual consistency across all installations.
Profile required:
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Experience in retail or visual merchandising is an asset. Strong understanding of design trends and life at home. Creativity, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
