The Business Communication & Business Development Project Manager, supports the SBA by managing strategic communications, strengthening the school’s visibility, and developing external partnerships. The role bridges communication and corporate relations to enhance SBA’s reputation, stakeholder engagement, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with Program Directors and leadership to promote SBA Programs
Develop and implement SBA’s communication and branding strategy.
Prepare newsletters, press releases, speeches, and official correspondence.
Manage SBA’s website and social media presence, ensuring timely content updates.
Develop communication material for students and faculty regarding deadlines, procedures, policies, program and course offerings etc.
Identify and cultivate partnerships with corporations, professional associations, and alumni.
Support SBA events (conferences, forums, networking sessions) through outreach and promotion.
Manage sponsorship opportunities and research based consulting prospects.
Draft MoUs, partnership reports, and business proposals.
Provide logistical support for business-facing events
Collate and format reports for internal units such as OIRE, annual reports etc.
Coordinate with University communication units to align SBA messaging.
Facilitate communication between faculty, staff, students, and administration.
Provide support for special projects and Dean’s Office initiatives.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in communication, corporate relations, or business development.
Proficiency in English and French (Arabic is an asset).
Experience in higher education or corporate training preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Strategic thinker with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web and digital communication tools (social media platforms, email campaigns, CRM), and graphic design. Team-oriented, adaptable, and culturally sensitive.
