We are looking for a Procurement and Import Manager.

The Procurement and Import Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the Company’s procurement and import activities across its operations, with primary responsibility from the UAE and support for business needs in African markets. The role combines strategic sourcing, supplier management, import coordination, cost optimization, and compliance oversight to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement of goods and services.




Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, imports, or supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of import procedures, customs processes, and international trade documentation.
Proven experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization.
Ability to manage cross-border procurement activities and coordinate with geographically distributed teams.
Experience in the UAE and/or African markets would be a strong advantage.
Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.
Fluency in English is mandatory; French is a strong advantage.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Africa.
