Main responsibilitiesDesign and own the end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with ServiceNow best practicesDefine and maintain the data model, CMDB structure, CSDM alignment, and overall application architectureTranslate business requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions across domains such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or custom applicationsDesign and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and event-based patternsAct as the go-to technical authority for ServiceNow within the organization guiding teams, reviewing designs, and setting the bar for qualityInfluence platform roadmaps, investment decisions, and adoption strategy based on business priorities and platform evolutionQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field mandatoryMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and developmentCertified in the ServiceNow Application Architect stream (CSA, CAD, and at least one CIS ITSM, CSM, HR, SecOps, ITOM, or equivalent)ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification is a plusSkillsPlatform architecture & data model deep understanding of ServiceNow's core architecture; able to design scalable, maintainable solutions that avoid technical debtIntegration design strong knowledge of secure, reliable integrations with external systems such as monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and identity providersDomain expertise proven experience across one or more ServiceNow domains: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOpsGovernance, security & performance expertise in role-based access control, data security, performance optimization, and upgrade planningCommunication able to break down complex technical concepts into clear, simple language and adapt the message to the right audience, whether it's a developer, a project manager, or a C-level executive
