Proficiency in C# (python is acceptable) and SQL, database structures, document object models, regular expressions, data operations, API to handle complex logic and integrations. Currently use BluePrism so experience with tool is ideal due to lack of training time.Ability to decouple Process layer and business object for reusability and maintainability. Optimize performance, resource monitoring, loop optimization and resource pool allocation.
Skill: 1. Process Documentation 3+ years Skill in documenting requirements and managing changes collaboratively. 5. Debugging & Troubleshooting 3+ years Systematic debugging skills using logs, breakpoints, and data analysis.Other Skills: Process analysis experience Working knowledge in programming languages such as: C++, Python, Java Understanding and experience with QA methodologies Possession of relevant RPA certifications, such as Blue Prism Certified Developer is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and presentation skills. Strong problem solving skills Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile tools including Jira and Confluence. Familiarity with RPA software or comparable IT programming toolkit (Blue Prism, MS Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, UiPath etc.) A comprehensive understanding of RPA development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall is necessary. Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective RPA solutions.
