Join a fast-growing company in the Automotive Industry as our next Engagement & Communication Responsible in Meknès.

In this role, you’ll drive how our brand shows up building strong connections, creating engaging content, and making sure our message reaches the right people.

What you’ll do:

 

Managed end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and internal mobility; maintained job descriptions and organizational charts. Coordinated internship programs: screened candidates, organized training (theoretical, practical, OJT), maintained records, and monitored attendance and performance. Administered HR systems (S4all/OneHR), ensuring accurate employee data, training compliance, and organizational updates. Supported performance management processes (PMP) and ensured completion across departments. Assisted with audits and HR compliance by monitoring QMS procedures, maintaining ISO standards (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001), and contributing to HR projects and process improvements.

To succeed in this role, you should have a :

Master’s degree (Bac+5 or higher), ideally in HR Management , Communication, Advertising, PR, or a related field. You bring 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Dev , Hiring or Training with automotive industry experience as a strong plus.

Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management Autonomy, organization, and attention to detail Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach Team spirit and initiative Good level in French & English Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint Team spirit & Good communication skills Knowledge of the automotive sector is a plus
