Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within the General Insurance sector. Expertise in gathering and refining comprehensive requirements, achieving stakeholder consensus through techniques such as workshop facilitation. Confidence and experience in running workshops. Proficiency in creating Epics and User Stories using tools like Confluence and Jira. Strong understanding of Use Cases, Value Streams, and Personas. Strong capability / proficiency in mapping Business Processes using BPMN2 and Adonis (or similar tool – upskill to Adonis can be delivered by the UK Team) Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels. An agile mindset with a flexible and adaptable approach to delivering on business priorities. A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision while also mentoring junior team members. 
3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst 

Specific (Desirable) Skills:

Knowledge of Underwriting, Claims Payments, and Premium Collections Experience in the Commercial Motor Trade domain. Hands-on experience with Guidewire Systems. Familiarity with Allianz UK Legacy systems (e.g., Coronet) or Transformation platforms such as Instanda, or Guidewire ClaimCenter.
