Coventry University & British Language Centre (BLC) Agadir are currently looking for a Marketing and Admissions Officer to join our team in Agadir.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting student recruitment, marketing activities, and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase student enrolment numbers and strengthen word-of-mouth promotion.
- Meet regularly with branch managers and line managers to review performance and KPIs.
- Prepare and submit a monthly performance report.
- Develop and submit a termly marketing plan for approval.
- Visit companies, schools, embassies, and other B2B / B2C partners to promote our programmes.
- Ensure an effective customer journey during the admissions process and for existing students and parents.
- Support internal marketing initiatives including student committees, liaison meetings, events, trips, activities, and newsletters.
- Maintain strong networking relationships with parents and partners and continue to develop new contacts.
- Provide excellent customer service to students and parents.
- Maintain positive relationships with students and parents while following IIEM and Coventry University procedures.
- Build and maintain strong business, networking, and PR relationships.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent English language skills (required).
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
- Must successfully pass the Safer Recruitment Process.
- Provide two positive recommendation letters from the last two employers.

Pay: 4,000.00DH - 9,000.00DH per month
