Receptionist homme - marrakech

- Receptionist (Male) – Capaldi Hotel (40 minutes from Marrakech)

We are currently looking for a professional and motivated male receptionist to join our team at Capaldi Hotel, a boutique luxury property located just 40 minutes from Marrakech.

- Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and assisting guests with a warm and professional attitude
Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Handling reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries
Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments
Ensuring excellent customer service at all times

- Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Well-presented, organized, and reliable
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
