We have an opening for an interim Financial Officer to work with our product and project teams to provide the necessary day to day support needed to maintain the cost and revenues.
You will report into the Head of Service Management but be directly supported by other members of the department who will guide and work closely with you in the role.
The ‘Security Service Delivery Officer – Finance’ will provide support for controlling and reporting the finances for the Cyber Defense scope, for both projects and products.
MISSIONS :
Accurate and timely updating and reporting of volumes and costs to the central finance teams based on volumes extracted by product managers
Maintain accurate cost control and update control files (business cases)
Assist with the maintenance of forecasts in the finance tool
Assist with the extraction and analysis of monthly actuals
Provide day to day support for financial related queries
Support to create purchase orders, managing activity codes and monitoring time tracking of resources within the division.
Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English essential)
Experienced in Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus)
Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
Strong analytical skills
Great customer service experience
Strong task management and focus on deliverables
Excellent collaboration skills to support (and be supported)
Dynamic person, eager to work and learn
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and terminology (optional)
Experience in project financial management (optional)
