Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Participate in the design and optimization of insurance process
Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions
Support testing phases and validate deliverables
Contribute to data analysis and reporting when required
Ensure consistency and alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
Facilitate workshops and meetings with both business and technical teams
5 to 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Mandatory experience in the insurance industry (life, non-life, claims, underwriting, finance…)
Strong understanding of insurance processes and business models
Experience working on IT or/and data driven projects
Solid skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SaFe)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder managements skills
Ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Proactive mindset and attention to detail
Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented
Languages :
English : Strong written and verbal communication skills
