Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from stakeholders Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories Participate in the design and optimization of insurance process Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions Support testing phases and validate deliverables Contribute to data analysis and reporting when required Ensure consistency and alignment between business objectives and technical solutions Facilitate workshops and meetings with both business and technical teams  
Master’s degree (or equivalent), with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably within the banking or insurance sector Experience as a Business Analyst in the General insurance of Financial Services domain Able to elicit comprehensive requirements and achieve consensus from stakeholders using a variety of analysis techniques, including workshop facilitation Solid experience creating Epics and User Stories using Confluence and Jira Good understanding of Use Cases, Value Streams, and Personas Can apply recognised industry standard modelling techniques including data modelling and BPMN Great stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels An agile mindset, with a flexible and adaptable approach to delivering against business priorities Able to work autonomously with minimal day to day direction and to support more junior members of the team in their work English : Strong written and verbal communication skills
