Present in Morocco since 2009, AXA GBS MOROCCO ( Ex- AXA Group Operations Morocco) is an offshoring entity. With more than 300 employees and its various centers of expertise operating in the fields of IT, Project Management, Finance and Human Resources, AXA GBS MOROCCO supports AXA entities in carrying out its mission.
Act as the local technical leader for Data & AI teams
Support engineering teams in delivery and technical challenges
Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads based in Paris
Ensure teams follow AFA framework, processes and best practices
Foster a strong Data & AI engineering culture
Create local team cohesion and collaboration
Help scale the team by supporting technical sourcing and recruitment
Act as a bridge between Morocco and France teams
Strong experience in Data Engineering / AI / ETL
Experience as Engineering Manager, Tech Lead or Lead Data Engineer
Good knowledge of data architecture and data pipelines
Experience working with distributed teams
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to support delivery and technical decision making
Nice to have
Experience in AI / Machine Learning environments Experience in Agile delivery frameworks Experience working with international teams
