The Role: Beyond Words
Our supply chain and technical expertise span the globe. To ensure seamless communication between our Asian technical partners, our International management, and our Moroccan production teams, we are seeking a skilled Quadrilingual Translator.
This is not a desk job—it is a frontline role in our facility, ensuring that "Technical Intent" never gets lost in translation.

Your Mission: The Human Interface
• Technical Translation: Translate complex technical files, machinery manuals, and garment construction sheets from Chinese (Mandarin)/English into French/Arabic.
• Real-Time Interpretation: Facilitate meetings and "on-the-floor" training sessions between Chinese technical experts and Moroccan workshop supervisors/operators.
• Business Correspondence: Manage official communication with international suppliers and headquarters in English.
• Terminology Management: Build and maintain a specialized Lingerie/Textile glossary in all four languages to standardize internal communication.

The Ideal Candidate
• Linguistic Mastery: Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese, English, French, and Arabic (Standard and Darija).
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and translate technical jargon related to sewing machinery, fabric elasticity, and industrial processes.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional listening skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain neutral and accurate under pressure.
• Education: Degree in Translation/Interpretation.
