Facility maintenance leader – rabat

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Facility Maintenance Leader to ensure our site operates at peak efficiency, safety, and reliability. The Role: Excellence in Infrastructure As the Facility Maintenance Leader, you are the backbone of our operations. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our physical assets—from the sewing floor machinery to the building’s core utilities. Your goal is simple: Zero downtime. Key Responsibilities: • Industrial Maintenance: Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment (sewing machines, automated cutters) and critical utilities (steam boilers, air compressors, HVAC systems). • Infrastructure Management: Manage the building’s health, including high/low voltage electricity, plumbing, roofing, and general repairs. • Vendor Contract Management: Source, negotiate, and supervise external service providers (security, cleaning, specialized technical teams) to ensure high-quality service and cost-efficiency. • HSE Compliance: Ensure the site meets all Moroccan labor and safety regulations. Lead fire safety protocols, waste management, and workplace hygiene standards. • Resource Optimization: Drive sustainability by monitoring and reducing energy and water consumption across the facility. • Team Leadership: Manage a small in-house technical team, ensuring they are trained, safe, and efficient. The Ideal Profile We are looking for a "solution-finder" who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, or Facilities Management. • Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the textile, or automotive sectors. • Leadership: Ability to manage emergencies with a calm, decisive approach and lead a diverse team of technicians and contractors. • Languages: Professional proficiency in English and French. Fluency in Arabic is essential for local site management.
