The Company : We specialize in the production of complex silhouettes, including fine lace bras, corsetry, and swimwear. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology specifically calibrated for lightweight and elastic fabrics. We manage the entire production lifecycle—from initial technical development and sample making to large-scale manufacturing and international export. The Role: Mastering Precision at Scale As our Production Leader, you are the bridge between design and delivery. You will lead our manufacturing floor, ensuring that every stitch meets our rigorous quality standards while maintaining optimal flow and efficiency. Your Key Responsibilities: • Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled seamstresses and technicians. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement. • Workflow Optimization: Manage production schedules, balance assembly lines, and minimize lead times without compromising the delicacy of the product. • Quality Governance: Implement and oversee strict QC protocols specific to intimate apparel (lace placement, elasticity tension, finishing). • Technical Support: Troubleshooting mechanical or construction issues on the floor. You understand the specificities of zigzag, overlock, and flatlock machines. • KPI Management: Track and report on productivity, waste reduction, and output targets to the General Manager. The Ideal Candidate • Experience: 3 years in textile production management, with a proven track record in textile, a background in lingerie is a distinct advantage. • Technical Savvy: Deep knowledge of garment construction, fabric behavior, and industrial machinery. • Methodology: Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen principles in a garment factory environment is a strong plus. • Soft Skills: A natural problem-solver with high emotional intelligence. You know how to manage deadlines and people with equal finesse. • Languages: Fluent in English ,French and Arabic.
