As part of Yazaki activities growth in Morocco , we are hiring currently several positions !
Responsibility:
Prepare and follow up new project quality proactive plan: gather inputs and update in a weekly manner.
Weekly update of the new project Obeya board (including customer quality inputs).
Communication to management and plant employees about received claims/Aims/Warranties (CO, YE & YI...).
Secure the customer (stock replacement, rework…).
Conduct audit preparation and follow up on action plans related to identified deviations/issues.
Ensure the respect of customer requirements and specific requirements (CRs/CSR).
Ensure communication of Customer Special Characteristics (SC/CC) and ensure the SCCA reflection in the process.
Qualifications:
Level of studies: Bac+5 Engineer or Master’s degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. Language: Fluent speaker of French and English. Soft skills: Good communication, Problem solving.
