As part of our global expansion strategy, Tinci Materials is advancing a key project in Morocco, focusing on the research, development, and production of sustainable and eco-friendly chemical products. The Accountant will be a core member of the project team, responsible for overseeing the local financial management, tax compliance, and accounting system establishment for Tinci's Morocco project. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the project's financial compliance with local laws and regulations, supporting the smooth advancement of the project, and laying a solid financial foundation for Tinci's long-term development in Morocco.

What You Will Do

Responsible for the local tax management of the Morocco project, including understanding and mastering the basic logic of common local taxes such as VAT and corporate income tax, assisting in tax declaration, organizing and archiving relevant tax materials, and ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations. Serve as the key contact for external accounting firms and local tax authorities, coordinate and communicate on tax-related matters, respond to inquiries and inspections, and maintain good cooperative relations. Familiarize yourself with Morocco's accounting standards (especially CGNC statutory standards), assist in building and implementing local financial systems and accounting subject systems that meet statutory requirements, and optimize the local financial structure. Utilize SAP and Excel for daily financial work, including financial data entry, sorting, analysis, and report preparation, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial information. Assist in the daily financial management of the project, including expense control, budget tracking, and financial risk early warning, and put forward reasonable suggestions based on project financial status. Responsible for organizing and sorting out project financial files, ensuring the completeness and traceability of financial data and documents. If having experience in free trade zones, be responsible for handling relevant financial and tax matters related to the free trade zone to maximize the project's policy benefits. Cooperate with the global finance team to complete other financial work related to the Morocco project.
Skills and Qualifications

Accounting, Finance, or related majors; relevant professional certificates are preferred. Proficient in Arabic, French, and English (good command), able to use the three languages for daily work communication and document processing. Having experience in handling local tax-related work in Morocco, familiar with local tax regulations and declaration processes, and understanding the basic logic of VAT and corporate income tax is a must; experience in free trade zones is highly preferred. Familiar with Morocco's accounting standards, especially CGNC statutory standards, with experience in establishing or optimizing local financial systems and accounting subject systems is preferred. Proficient in using Excel for data processing and analysis, and have practical experience in using SAP for financial work. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and cooperate with external accounting firms, tax authorities, and internal teams. Possess strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work attitude, good problem-solving ability, and be able to work under pressure. Legal authorization to work in Morocco; willing to be based in Morocco for a long time to support the project work.
