Receptionist - marrakech

We are a well-established hotel located 40 minutes from Marrakesh and we are currently seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist to join our team.

Profile Required:

Education level: Bac 3 minimum

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (hotel experience preferred)

good English (spoken and written) – mandatory

French (spoken and written)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel)

Ability to respond professionally to emails and manage online correspondence

Strong communication and organizational skills

Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude

Ability to work independently and within a team

Main Responsibilities:

Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival and departure

Managing reservations, phone calls, and responding to emails

Processing payments and preparing daily reports

Ensuring high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
