We are looking for a bridge builder—someone who understands both Moroccan BPO culture and North American performance standards. Your role is to translate Canadian sales expectations into a high-performing Moroccan operation while ensuring full legal compliance and operational excellence.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Launch & Infrastructure: You will lead the setup of our Moroccan entity, starting remote and transitioning into a structured operation. This includes overseeing site selection (if required), office setup, vendor coordination, internet redundancy, and operational logistics.
Leadership & Performance: You will manage and mentor sales team leaders and oversee both inbound and outbound campaigns serving the Canadian market. You are accountable for floor performance, KPIs, productivity, and sales targets.
Legal & Compliance Oversight: You will serve as our expert on Moroccan labour law, including employment contracts, termination procedures, the 44-hour work week, CNSS obligations, and HR compliance. Your role is to protect the company while building a scalable structure.
Compensation & Market Strategy: You will advise headquarters on local salary benchmarks in Casablanca and other major cities. You will help design compensation structures that attract top English-speaking sales talent while remaining competitive and sustainable.
Recruitment & Talent Pipeline: You will build the initial hiring funnel, recruit high-performing sales leaders, and identify strong outbound and inbound agents. You know where to find English-speaking talent and how to screen for true sales-driven profiles.
Culture Building: You will establish a performance-focused, transparent, and disciplined culture that blends Canadian expectations with Moroccan leadership style. This includes punctuality, accountability, and measurable results.
You have 8+ years of experience in Moroccan BPO or call centre leadership, including managing North American campaigns.
You have previously scaled or launched an outbound and inbound sales operation.
You are fluent in English and French. Darija is a strong asset.
You are comfortable presenting strategy to executives while also resolving operational issues directly with team leaders.
You understand Moroccan employment law and operational compliance in detail.
You are entrepreneurial. You don't wait for instructions. You solve problems and move quickly.
A background in telecom is a strong asset.
