It systems & network administrator – industrial support m/f - Casablanca

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled DT Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for:

Providing diagnostics and fault resolution for computing hardware and common software services including coordinating support with other internal support services and external partners and suppliers. IT/OT support for employees of production and office departments, especially supporting production processes (PLM/CAD/CAM/MES/SAP) Supporting and assisting with in network connectivity/cabling and networking hardware such as routers and switches. Working closely with stakeholders to understand their technical and functional requirements. Maintaining required documentation for system configuration, processes and support procedures Coordinating for IT initiatives and projects related to the site (business requests impacting DT, DT global projects etc.) Working with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements and provide documentation and training. Maintaining IT equipment’s and accessories inventory (asset management) Following company applicable policies, framework, standards and guidelines.  
You have a BAC+3/4 in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience providing IT support, Experience in an industrial setting is highly preferred. Technical experience and solid knowledge in Microsoft Windows 10/11 installation, configuration and troubleshooting. Demonstrable understanding of Network (LAN/WAN) connectivity Demonstrable understanding of Virtualization, backup and recovery practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that rely on a structured approach with the ability to learn new Concepts, processes and technologies Time management and organizational skills Ability to resolve non-complex hardware and equipment problems Interpersonal skills to work with users Experience in Agile and/or PMI project management nice to have Skills in server administration & security compliance While not mandatory, certifications that Set You Apart : (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, VMware) If you speak both French and English comfortably, you’re ready to collaborate with our diverse team
