Handle inbound calls from business customers

Provide accurate information and professional assistance

Critères pour le poste:
Excellent French and English communication skills (spoken & written)

Previous experience in customer service or call center is an asset

Strong listening and problem-solving skills

Professional attitude and customer-oriented mindset

Ability to work with performance targets
