Descriptif du posteFortrade Ltd., a leading international fintech company, is growing in Morocco — and we’re on the hunt for English-speaking Account Managers to join our dynamic team in Rabat!

What You’ll Do :
-Engage and build relationships with potential clients worldwide
-Present our innovative online trading platform in a clear and engaging way
-Guide clients through the account-opening process
-Deliver an exceptional client experience every step- of the way
-Work closely with your team to hit and exceed business targets
*Excellent English communication skills (C1-C2), both spoken and written *Fluent in Arabic, with ease and confidence in speaking *Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities *Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented *Sales experience is a plus (Forex/CFD knowledge is an advantage) *Based in Morocco, preferably Rabat
Infos Utiles:
-Fast career growth — clear path to Team Leader, Trainer, or QA roles
-Competitive net salary (8K MAD) + attractive performance bonuses
-Full professional training provided — no prior finance experience required
-International and multicultural work environment
-Fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, either 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (weekends off)
Amplitude horaire Monday–Friday, either 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (weekends off)
Salaire Net + primes 8000 net + uncapped performance bonuses
