A Casablanca based office is looking for a highly fluent in English Sales Coordinator and customer service., with very strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience with CRM and ERP system, KPIs will be a plus. Min Bac in business,
The Principal Duties Responsibilities:
* Answer client queries. * Interfaces with clients, represetatives and distributors. * Updates Sales and customer records handling CRM - Customer record management. * Prepare sales documentation, quotes and proposals. * Order processing. * Check orders and invoices for accuracy. * Communicate important feedback from customers internally. * Issuing invoices. * Checking orders / Invoices. * Consult and support sales. * Reaching out to customers. * Sales coordination and communication. * Sales reports. * Strong ability to operate independently and collaboratively as part of team. * Excellent qualitative quantitative analytical abilities with a strong capability to collect, correlate analyze information a data. * Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office 360. * Minimum 2 Years of experience in sales or sales coordination.
