Retying Technician (Entry-Level - Smara

We are looking for a beginner-level Retying Technician to assist with retying materials, products, or components according to company standards. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, willing to learn, and comfortable performing hands-on tasks. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Retie materials or products following basic instructions and guidelines

Inspect items before and after retying to ensure quality and consistency

Use simple hand tools or equipment safely and correctly

Keep the work area clean and organized

Follow safety rules and workplace procedures

Report any damaged or defective items to a supervisor

Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy

Requirements

No prior experience required (training provided)

Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

Basic communication skills

Reliable and punctual

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

Previous hands-on or manual work experience

Basic knowledge of tools or materials

Willingness to work as part of a team

Training & Support

On-the-job training provided

Supervision and guidance from experienced staff

Opportunity to develop technical and practical skills

Work Environment

Indoor work setting (factory, workshop, or production area)

May involve repetitive tasks
