Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our in-house IT team in Morocco. In this role, you will provide direct support to end-users, ensure the smooth running of business systems, and contribute to maintaining high-quality IT services.
This is an on-site position requiring teamwork, technical skills, and effective communication to support daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first and second-level IT support to end-users across hardware, software, and business applications.
Support and troubleshoot ERP systems (Navision 6, Microsoft Dynamics 365 – highly valued).
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests while maintaining high user satisfaction.
Collaborate with IT colleagues to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Contribute to system maintenance, updates, and documentation.
Follow IT service management best practices to ensure quality and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Previous experience in IT support or helpdesk roles, in a multinational. Solid knowledge of ERP systems (Navision 6, Microsoft Dynamics 365 strongly preferred). Team player with strong collaboration skills. Good communication abilities and customer-oriented mindset. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Willingness to work on-site in Morocco (no remote operations).
