What You’ll Do
Create outstanding customer experiences through inbound and outbound communication channels (phone, chat, or email).
Offer detailed product and service support, address questions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions and enhance overall customer experience.
Uphold TELUS Digital’s values by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and integrity in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For
Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written) — essential requirement.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales.
Excellent communication abilities paired with strong problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital platforms and multiple systems at once.
Motivated, professional, and quality-driven with a consistently positive attitude.
